Maisie Florence Post is an independent curator specialising in internet art, who graduated from Criticism, Communication and Curation at Central Saint Martins in 2015. She is principally interested in how the internet can democratise the art world. Her first exhibition ‘What Do You Meme?’ gained momentum online and eventually went viral, becoming the first meme exhibition of its kind. In 2017 Maisie curated GIF exhibition, ‘IN A GIFFY’, at Doomed Gallery as part of a new digital project series ‘Behind the Bars’. She then went on to curate 'Smack My Glitch Up' at DKUK, portraying glitch art in its many formats. This ran alongside a glitch making workshop titled 'Jpeg Crush' as part of Art Licks Weekend. Maisie is a frequent contributor to Screen Shot Magazine, an online platform that focuses on socio-political issues through a digital lens.
